What’s the check-in and check-out time conditions?

Check-in time is from 2pm and the check-out until noon.

 

Can the guests have an early check-in or a late check-out?

Yes. However, it needs confirmation of availability and its free for Wyndham rewards guests.

 

Is it possible for guests to store their luggage while they wait?

Yes. The hotel has a luggage room at the reception area.

 

Can the hotel organize transfers?

Yes. However, is needed as e-mail with flight information, number of passengers, number of luggage and if traveling with children and their ages. This service is charged depending on the request.

 

How far is the hotel from the city center and/or beach?

We are located at 4Km from the downtown, 15min by metro which as a stop at the hotel door. The main and closest beaches are at Costa da Caparica and Carcavelos, 20km and 22Km away from the hotel.

 

Does the Hotel as parking facilities?

Yes. The hotel has an underground garage which is priced €5.00/night.

 

Do you have free internet in the hotel?

Yes. Our guests have free access to Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

 

How far is the hotel from Lisbon Airport?

The hotel is located at 4 Km from the airport which is connected to the hotel by metro and/or taxi.

 

Does the hotel allow pet animals?

Yes. With a charge of €5.00/pet/night.

 

Does the hotel as reduced mobility rooms?

Is it possible to have a meeting or a presentation in the hotel?

Yes. We have an auditorium with 234 m2 and 250 seat places and eleven meeting rooms from 9 m2 until 390 m2 with plenty of configurable options. For more information, please contact the hotel.
