Reservation Policies

Cancellation and reservations:
- When booking at the Best Available Rate cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before the date of arrival.
- In case of no-show - at the show - full reservation will be charged
- Special offers have specific cancellation policies and should be consulted individually
- At the time of booking, as a guarantee of the same, will be requested the credit card data
- All prices mentioned include VAT at the rate in force


Children and extra beds:
- Children up to 2 years old: free cot stay
- Children from 3 to 12 years: € 25 per night in extra bed
- Children over 13 and adults: € 45 per night in extra bed
- Cot and extra bed bookings are on request and subject to confirmation of availability



Others:
- Check-in time 2:00 pm
- Check-out time at 12h00 (noon)
- Pets allowed (please check the hotel for pet admission rules)
- Non smoking hotel (except in authorized zones)
